When customers/dealers who have 2.12 or 2.15 NetWare encounter 
      missing node problems with NwCare, ask them to link a 2.11 ipx.obj 
      with the driver at the station/node which does not appear or is not 
      consistent.  

           The procedure is simple.  Copy the 2.11 ipx.obj onto the Shgen-2
      diskette, replacing the existing ipx.obj.  Run shgen to regenerate 
      the new shell.

           If the customer/dealer is running a token-ring network I would
      recommend a 2.10 ipx.obj for shells on that LAN, because of reported
      problems with 2.11 ipx and token-ring.  For this case, use the 
      procedure in the preceding paragraph substituting the 2.10 ipx for 
      the 2.11 ipx.
